RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending and/or participating in the event hosted by Roots of Magnolia Mkt (“Event”), all attendees, vendors, participants, volunteers, and guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

Assumption of Risk

Participation in a public community event may involve certain risks including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, accidents, illness, theft, weather-related incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. By attending this Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
 

Release of Liability

Roots of Magnolia Mkt, its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, venue owners, and representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, illness, death, theft, or other incident that may occur during or as a result of attendance or participation in the Event.

All participants and attendees agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Roots of Magnolia Mkt from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Event.
 

Personal Property

Attendees and vendors are solely responsible for their own personal belongings, merchandise, equipment, vehicles, and property. Roots of Magnolia Mkt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
 

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

This is a public community event and may be affected by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of Roots of Magnolia Mkt. Event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event at any time without liability.
 

Photography & Media Release

By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or further permission.
 

Agreement

By entering or participating in this Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.
